Term 1 – Newsletter 9

Dear Parents,

The last week of term is now upon us! Thank you for all your support throughout.

Please take note of the following important notices:

Sports Day
A reminder that Sports Day is scheduled for the 19th of March. Thank you to the parents who have offered to come in early tomorrow morning to assist with making up the snack packs.
Pupils need to come to school in their sports kit; house colour t-shirt, shorts and running shoes. Please remember sunscreen and hats. Pupils are required to assist with cleaning up after the event and must inform their teacher if they are going home directly from the field with a parent.
Parents, you may drop your child off at school and then proceed directly to the field if you are joining us for the day. Please bring along folding chairs and blankets to sit on.
Tuckshop will be available on the day. We will finish at approximately 12h30.

Cake Sales
A huge thank you to our grades 7, 8 and 9 parents for the generous donations of cakes which allowed us to have our cake sale last week. We managed to raise R659 which is going to go towards subsidising travel costs for the senior camp.

Supplies for Term 2
Please refer to the attachment for information about supplies requested for next term.

Break-Up Day and Reports
School breaks up at 10h30 on Wednesday the 20th of March and reports will be emailed to you on this day. Our second term resumes on the 2nd of April.

Many thanks.
Warm regards,
Theresa Minnë
